What we do

RED helps employers hire skilled workers from overseas through two clear pathways, designed to suit both urgent skill shortages and planning ahead. 

We can sponsor overseas workers on a 482 Skills in Demand visa and place them with your business through a labour hire arrangement. 
We also recruit internationally on your behalf, including in-person recruitment in the UK. 

In both cases, RED works alongside registered immigration agents to support visa requirements and compliance.

RED is an approved Standard Business Sponsor, which means we can sponsor overseas workers and employ them directly. 

  • The worker is employed by RED and on-hired to your business. We manage:
  • Visa sponsorship
  • Payroll, leave, super, and payroll tax
  • Employment compliance and administration 

You get skilled workers on-site without taking on sponsorship risk or additional admin.

This model can also work as a “try before you buy” option. After a period of time, you can choose to: 

  1. Take over sponsorship and employ the worker directly, if you are a registered sponsor
  2. Continue with labour hire
  3. Support the worker through to permanent residency while remaining with RED 

International recruitment in the UK

RED also recruits overseas talent directly for employers across Australia. 

We attend major migration expos in the UK, working alongside Australian state and government development partners. This gives employers access to a deeper, more engaged candidate pool than desk-based recruitment alone. 

At these events, we interview: 

  • Candidates who already hold Australian work visas
  • Candidates in the process of obtaining a skilled visa
  • Candidates who require employer sponsorship
