Position : Human Resources Coordinator

Role : FULL TIME and Permanent Opportunity

Hours : 38 hour working week - half hr lunch - 8am-4.30pm MON to FRI

Location : Port Adelaide

Working arrangement :Fully office-based role


Role Responsibilities:

Working closely with recruitment agencies for labour hire-based roles (blue and white collar). You will support all duties related to onboarding candidates - mobilising, booking flights and accommodation, organising induction and training schedules, record-keeping and ensuring strong subcontractor relationships are maintained.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience in providing recruitment, high volume onboarding, and/or HR admin support within an office environment is essential
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, recruitment, or Business Administration advantageous
  • Intermediate level skill set with MS Office Applications
  • Experience with Skytrust and/or ELMO is advantageous
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow routine processes in a time critical environment
