Red Appointments seek to engage the services of an experienced Administrator for this permanent and full-time position. This role will see you making your mark joining a supportive and close-knit team in this well-established electrical and communications company, based in the north eastern suburbs.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Data entry
  • Invoicing
  • Providing administrative support to payroll department
  • General office / administrative duties

Skills/Experience/Attitude required:

  • Previous experience working in administration
  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and invoicing experience
  • Previous administrative experience gained in construction or manufacturing industry will be highly regarded
  • IT literate including MS Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A can do' attitude
