Utilise your administration skills with a well-established processing/recycling company, located in the Northern Suburbs.


LENGTH OF PROJECT: 1 position is to cover maternity leave (circa 6 months) and the 2nd position a is temp to potential perm opportunity. Both roles are immediate starts.


HOURS: Working full time hours Monday to Friday 7.00 - 3.30pm


LOCATION: Northern Suburbs


KEY FOCUS OF ROLE: The successful candidates will support workers and management with administrative and call handling support duties

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Reception and general switchboard/call handling support
  • Maintaining stationery stock levels
  • Provide administration support to Operations Manager and other workers
  • Data entry and maintenance of various reports/documentation (MS Word and Excel)
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Incoming/outgoing Mail duties
  • Providing ad-hoc supporting PA duties - e.g. booking flights, accommodation
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment


Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:


  • Previous administration experience gained in an office environment
  • Previous Weighbridge Operator experience would be highly regarded (but is not essential as training can be provided)
  • MS Office Suite competency (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to competently multi-task is essential
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes in a timely manner
  • Effective and courteous communication style with internal staff / customers
