Red Appointments are seeking to engage an enthusiastic candidate for this permanent and full-time opportunity, working in south western suburbs of Adelaide (with onsite parking) with an established construction services company.

Hours: 40 hour working week - with some flexibility (Mon to Fri with half hour lunch)

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Provide support to payroll team
  • Arrange Travel/accommodation
  • General Office Reception duties including :
  • Reception, Petty Cash, up keep of office & staff amenities supplies

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience of administration gained in an office environment (ideally gained within the construction services industry, this is preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience with AP, AR and invoicing is advantageous
  • IT literate with MS Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes

This office based role, is a great opportunity for a candidate who has some previous office experience, with a positive can do' attitude, to join a well-established company in a role where you can progress over time and gradually take on further responsibilities and challenges.
