Red Appointments are currently recruiting for the following temporary opportunity:


Duration: 3 months - potential to go permanent for the right person
Location: Lonsdale
Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm


Duties:


  • Procurement of office supplies, amenities and PPE
  • Records Management
  • Maintaining database and records
  • Reception cover and call handling
  • Admin support to Project Managers
  • WHS document compliance duties


Skills / experience required to be considered for this opportunity:


  • To be immediately available to be considered for this opportunity or just coming to the end of a contract
  • Able to commit to the three months (and ideally beyond)
  • Previous office based administration experience, ideally gained within a technical environment
  • Competent with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint
  • Cert III in Business (desirable)
  • Previous electrical industry experience (desirable)
