Position Overview
As the Property Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating real property and asset portfolio, ensuring efficient management and acquisition of easements and land tenure for current and future corporation assets.
• Provide expert policy and procedural advice to management and business units on land development approvals, including lease applications and planning consent.
• Assist in strategic planning for future infrastructure requirements.
• Manage all license and lease agreements effectively.
• Undertake responsibility for applications for Authority Certificates, ensuring compliance with Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority regulations.

• Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in small teams, effectively managing time and priorities.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in negotiation and client-centric approach.
• Experience in property management, land development, and legislative requirements.
• Familiarity with land management systems and information technology.
• Computer literacy, including Electronic Document Management Systems and spreadsheets.
• Prior experience in utilities and land leasing/licensing preferred.
