RED Appointments SA office has enjoyed significant growth in our white collar Professional Services team over recent years and we are expanding again.

About the Role

Working within our Professional Services team, you will play an integral part of helping build our temporary contracting business. Our permanent recruitment business is significant, so you will initially do a combination of permanent and temporary recruitment. Whilst you will have an existing client base and be supported by a Business Development Manager, it is highly desirable you have the drive and commercial acumen to generate additional business.

Your focus will be:

  • Recruitment of Admin, Tech and Professional contractors (not short term temps)
  • Drafting and publishing advertisements
  • Phone screening and face-to-face interviewing
  • Developing rapport with candidates and existing workforce
  • Visiting sites to enhance client relationships and manage our people

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you will ideally possess:

  • A positive, can do, attitude
  • White collar recruitment experience (desirable)
  • General knowledge of white collar occupations
  • Tech Savvy with experience using CRM's
  • Strong administration skills and excellent phone manner
  • Passion for relationship building and ability to develop rapport.
  • A genuine desire to provide our clients with outstanding service
  • Ability to communicate well and mid to senior level
