- $500 referral reward for a permanent candidate on completion of the guarantee period (usually 3 months)*

*Terms and Conditions
- A candidate referral occurs when you introduce a candidate not previously registered on the RED Appointments candidate database and this candidate is subsequently placed into a role by RED Appointments
- A client referral occurs when you introduce a new client that has not previously engaged RED Appointments, and the referred client generates a minimum of $10,000 in gross profit (GP) for RED Appointments
- You must have consent to give out personal details from the individual before passing these onto RED Appointments
- Payment is made in the form of a pre-paid visa gift card for candidate referrals or direct debit for client referrals
- No referral fee is payable if the initial assignment is for less than 1 month
- A $200 (pre-paid visa gift card) referral reward will be paid for a temporary candidate on completion of 20 days of employment with RED Appointments
- If you refer a candidate that RED Appointments place into a permanent role, you will receive a $500 pre-paid visa gift card on completion of the guarantee period
- Payment is due one month after the start date of the referred candidate’s job/assignment, one month after the completion of the guarantee period for permanent roles or one month after a new client generates a minimum of $10,000 in gross profit (GP) for RED Appointments
- The candidate placement or client engagement must occur within six months of the date of the referral
- Where, in the opinion of RED Appointments, this referral program creates a conflict of interest, a referral fee is not payable
- The payment of a referral fee is at the discretion of RED Appointments
