About the Role
Our client is leading provider of engineered concrete solutions for the civil construction industry for services both in Australia and internationally. They are a leading supplier of concrete, aggregates and precast products. They are a well-established company with a strong workforce which allows them to deliver excellent outcomes for clients across manufacturing and civil construction sectors. They currently have multiple positions for 2nd Class Welders to work in their workshop in Pooraka.
These roles will have you building pre-fabricated cages from rio, doing MIG welding mostly thin gauge mild steel works. You will also be required to use a plasma cutter and other workshop machinery.
The base hours for this role are 5am ot 1:30pm with the possibility of over time so this role would suit someone looking for a standard working week and a work life balance.

Skills and Experience
- Experience with 2nd class welding
- Experience with MIG welding
- Experience using workshop machinery
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Good general knowledge
