Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on renewable/power project sites.
• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and labor crews to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance protocols across all phases of construction.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance standards are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize performance.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' experience in civil supervision within the renewables or power sector.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications in construction supervision, safety, or quality assurance are highly desirable.
