Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Primary focus of contract management of projects
- Review contract documentation
- Manage subcontractor documentation - quotes, determine scope of works, purchase orders, claims, invoices
- Prepare subcontractor agreements
- Review/proof read budgets and cost performances
Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:
- Relevant experience in contract administration (construction projects)
- Ideally degree qualified in relevant subject e.g., construction management/Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel and MS Word
- Pronto ERP or similar system experience
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes in a timely manner
- Effective and courteous communication style, with a positive attitude
