As one of the largest employers in the NT, our client who supply the electricity generation and retail services across the region are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join the call centre team located in the Sadadeen Complex, Alice Springs for immediate start.

The Role...
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you primary responsibilities will include taking inbound customer care calls in relation to billing, new connections and general enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction from each experience. In addition, you will also support the team with ad-hoc administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and maintaining database integrity.

• Answering inbound call centre phones
• Actioning customer emails via database
• Data Entry
• Assisting customers via Live Chat channel
• Outbound calling customers to update their accounts

About You...
• Previous experience in a call centre environment (desirable)
• Clear, articulate, professional phone manner
• Good computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Thrive in a fast paced work environment
• Available to commence immediately

The role would suit candidates with previous call centre experience, exposure to working with NTG computer systems and those with demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service.
