The Role...
Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, your primary responsibilities will include taking inbound customer care calls in relation to billing, new connections and general enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction from each experience. In addition, you will also support the team with ad-hoc administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and maintaining database integrity.
- Answering inbound call centre phones
- Actioning customer emails via database
- Data Entry
- Assisting customers via Live Chat channel
- Outbound calling customer to update their accounts
About You....
- Previous experience desirable
- Clear, pleasant and professional phone manner
- Excellent customer service skills (essential)
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Thrive in fast paced work environments
- Available to commence immediately
