While all positions start on a casual basis, there is a clear path towards securing full-time permanent positions.

Thriving Workshop Environment:

The workshop remains bustling throughout the year, primarily based in the Pinelands workshop. You may occasionally be called upon for breakdowns, adding an exciting element to your routine.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (HD Diesel Mechanic or Equivalent): Preferred but not essential. Upskilling support available for LV mechanics with extensive Diesel experience.
• HR License and Forklift Ticket: Highly desirable.
• Initiative and Pressure Handling: Demonstrate high levels of initiative and thrive in pressure situations.
• Safety Focus: Actively contribute to and support safety initiatives and strategies.
• Heavy Vehicle Workshop Experience: Proven experience in a heavy vehicle workshop environment.
• Motivated Work Ethic: Exhibit a motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Effective Communication: Demonstrate the ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
