Role: Full Time and Permanent opportunity
Location: Southern Suburbs (30 mins drive from CBD)
Hours - 7.00am-3.30pm Monday to Friday (7.30am-4pm can also potentially be considered)
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Scheduling work for electricians/technicians
- Regularly updating works planner and client portals
- Opening/creating jobs
- Raising invoices
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Weekly Timesheet data entry and management
- Archiving duties
- Organise Inductions and training
- Compliance/OHS doc management
- Organise MSIC Cards
- Management of weekly planner emails
- Management of Call Out Roster
- Maintain archive registers
- Manage incoming divisional emails
- Minute taking/typing minutes for Labour meetings and Tool Box Talks
- Follow up quotes/debtors
- Customer services / call handling
Skills / Experience/Attitude required:
- Previous administration and scheduling experience gained in an electrical, maintenance, construction services, HVAC, or facilities management environment is preferred
- Cert IV Administration (or equivalent) preferred
- Intermediate MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
- High level communication/customer services capabilities
- Attention to detail - do it right first time
- Experienced in using Greentree or other finance system is preferred
- Attitude is everything and you will have a fantastic work ethic and a can do' attitude
- You will have the ability to naturally adapt to a fast-changing environment
