Reporting to the Division Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise and negotiate with existing and new clients (commercial, retail, shopping centres, data centres) for the provision of electrical services relating to maintenance, repairs, modifications, replacements and upgrades
- Identify and follow up on potential additional new business opportunities from existing maintenance and services contracts
- Quote work identified
- Be the key point of contact for clients, managing proposals to ultimately close sales and ensure successful delivery of works
Essential skills / Experience required:
- Experience in electrical services applications to provide repair, modification, and/or replacement recommendations including estimated cost.
- Whilst previous electrical sales and account management is preferred, our client can also consider applicants with technical sales and account management experience (selling a service or a solution rather than a physical product), gained in areas other than electrical
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Computer skills (including MS Word and MS Excel)- Ability to work autonomously within guidelines, plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage own time effectively
- Current driver's license and own transport
