About the Role

Located in Edinburgh, South Australia, our client, a specialist in secondary protection and control panels for medium and high voltage systems are as busy as they've ever been. As such, this small tight-knit group are looking to grow. RED is looking to add 4-6 Electricians (A or B class) to this neat, tidy and extremely safe environment. If you're looking for huge dollars and heaps of overtime, this isn't the position for you but if you want consistent hours, longevity, every weekend off and have very high attention to detail, then you've come to the right place. The work involves reading very complex schematics, mounting and connecting components, point to point wiring, which includes proper wire routing, stripping, crimping of lugs, torque terminal blocks per specification and proper wire termination, followed by testing. The position would best suit a qualified electrician, from a panel building background, however RED would still like to hear from unlicensed options, from a similar pathway.

What licences, tickets and skills do you need to be successful?

• SA Electrical Licence (Highly desirable)
• Panel building/wiring experience
• Electrical / Electrical Engineering background
