About the Role & Duties

Our client, based out of WA, has won an exciting 40-day project located in Whyalla, South Australia. RED has the pleasure of assembling a team of Industrial Electricians in readiness for a May 31st start. This eight-person crew, will perform shutdown maintenance and upgrades to the Pellet Plant at Whyalla Steelworks, on both Day and Night shift. You will be stationed at Whyalla for the duration of the project, working a 13:1 roster. Flights from Adelaide are provided this end, plus accommodation and LAHA the other. Please note, to be successful each candidate will need to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen.

What licences, tickets and testing do you need to be successful?

Essential:

• SA Electrical Licence (or AMR)
• CPR / LVR certificate (Valid 12 months)
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space Entry

Desirable:

• High Risk Work Platform Licence (WP)
• Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
