Are you a data-savvy professional with a passion for project delivery and enterprise portfolio management? Join our clients' dynamic Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic investment decisions through data insights and reporting.
About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be the key liaison between the EPMO, project management community, and stakeholders. Your analytical expertise and project experience will help drive informed decision-making across the enterprise portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate data exchange between EPMO, project managers, and stakeholders via one-on-one engagements, forums, and Steering Committees.
• Deliver actionable insights and analysis on project data and financials.
• Develop data modelling logic to support scenario planning and what-if analyses across the enterprise portfolio.
• Contribute to investment portfolio reporting, focusing on budgets and performance metrics from an EPMO perspective.
• Track and monitor enterprise KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Maintain EPMO records including submissions, papers, and artefacts.
• Support the EPMO team in updating frameworks, tools, and templates.
About You
You're a detail-oriented analyst with a strong foundation in data and a good understanding of project environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and are comfortable translating complex data into meaningful insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
• Project Management experience or qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
