About the company:
Our client, a leading organisation who supply electricity generation and retail services across the region are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for an immediate temporary assignment commencing ASAP until 10th October 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high level administrative and secretarial services to support the Executive General Manager, Senior Leadership Team and the wider business unit, including scheduling of appointments and direct/fulfil requests for advice, drafting and managing correspondence/documentation in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide secretarial support in relation to meetings and conferences including agenda and minute preparation, meeting support and venue arrangements as required, including maintenance of the business unit intranet site as required.
  • Prepare and quality control correspondence, including providing assistance to staff in the preparation of procurement, human resources, organisational development, information technology, customer service centre and facilities reports and documentation, ensuring corporate standards are met.
  • Provide project and adhoc administrative support as directed by the Executive General Manager.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure consistent approach and achieve business outcomes.
  • Understand and apply established processes and procedures, offering suggestions for improvements.

About You:
  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Highly developed written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in document management systems.
  • Experience in senior-level executive administration.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Ability to operate effectively in politically sensitive environments and interact with diverse cultures.
  • Knowledge of procurement, recruitment, and project management principles.
