Fabrication Checker

About the Role

Our client has over 40 years industry experience and their SA branch is experiencing massive growth. Working in the structural steel industry they have an array of multi million dollar projects in the pipeline. They are now looking for a Fabrication Checker to join their team.

This role will suit an experienced structural steel Boilermaker looking to get off the tools. The role entails the checking of fabricated steel to ensure it meets drawings. You will be an integral part of the end to end process within the factory and ensuring only quality leaves the door.


Skills and Experience

• Certificate III in Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker)
• Previous experience working within structural steel
• Ability to read and interrupt workshop drawings
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong commitment to OH&S
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
