About the Role

Our clients are tier 1 providers to the BHP Olympic Dam mine and are experiencing rapid growth. These clients undertake a variety of site based work in the various plants as well as doing specialised project works.This gives you a chance to work across the various plants keeps the role interesting - always on your toes with "what next" one day you could be on the surface in the smelter, the next underground working on a breakdown OR scheduled maintenance. The primary focus of these roles is ongoing maintenance in the mine and the mine processing plant.

These positions are ONGOING for the right candidate and offer the comfort of longevity rather than having to look for your next project to jump to. These roles are DIDO (drive in drive out), accommodation is supplied in shared company housing. Please note that a weekly LAHA is offered for these roles.

The roster is negotiable and all roles are ongoing assignments - no stress of looking for that next role.
All roles are FLAT RATE of pay and 12 hour working days.


Skills and Experience

• Trade Qualification
• Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets (within 5yrs of issue)
• Own vehicle and driver's license
• Heavy Industrial experience
• Mining experience - highly regarded but not essential
• Strong commitment to safety
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
