Our Client, who is a government owned corporation, is currently seeking 2 x Engineering Graduates in either Control Systems or Electrical to join the organisation for a 2-year contract period as part of their Graduate Programme.

We are seeking highly motivated Engineer Graduates with a strong drive and passion for your chosen field, as well as excellent communication skills, leadership potential, and well-developed interpersonal skills.

To be eligible for this role you MUST:
• Be in your final year of your Engineering Degree or have graduated within the last 2 years
• Have a Control Systems or Electrical Major within your Engineering Degree
• Have completed the undergraduate degree at an Australian recognised university
• Be a permanent resident of Australia
• Be ready to commence in Feb 2023

Additionally, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high attention to detail, high commitment to safety and working with others. This will ideally suit candidates looking for long term career opportunities, as it may well lead on to permanent employment with the organisation.

Participants of the 2022 Graduate Program will experience:
• Two rotations over a 24-month program, commencing February 2023
• An intensive and engaging development program
• A comprehensive calendar of learning and development
• A mentor and buddy program to help develop new skills and help you align your experience and knowledge with the Corporation
• Exposure to a wide range of traditional and new/emerging power generation technologies
• Work as a member of the control systems and electrical teams who support 8 power stations across the Northern Territory
