Our client is a leader in their field offering innovative solutions to open pathways and create value through fully integrated networks and supply chains for agricultural products in Australia. They are now seeking a HR Analyst to join their team!

Your role:
  • Undertake scheduled reporting for example monthly HR reporting including monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting requirements and ensure data is complete and accurate.
  • Analyse data from a variety of sources (for example payroll, time and attendance, training, finance) to identify trends, anomalies in data, business improvements, or other useful information to support business decision making.
  • Complete reporting required for legislative / regulatory purposes
  • Develop and implement processes for Enterprise Agreement and Award reviews (BOOT analysis, reconciliations), and undertake calculations as required
  • Prepare clear and detailed processes and procedures related to data reporting so that reports are consistent and can be replicated.
  • Work closely with the HR and Payroll teams to ensure data is up to date and accurate.
  • Identify and document appropriate controls related to the preparation of payroll related reports.
  • Respond to data requests and develop tools to assist other forms of reporting as needed.
  • Undertake / participate in payroll related projects and process improvements as directed.
  • Work with the IT team on the development of automated reports for commonly requested data.

About you:
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using HR information systems/payroll systems, Kronos or Chris21 would be viewed favourably
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially in Excel, as well as Power BI
  • Kronos or Chris21 experience would be viewed favourably
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in provision of timely, accurate and complete reports
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Fantastic people skills with the ability to prioritise, not to mention a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
