We are now seeking experienced Overhead Linesman for a great opportunity with a National Tier 1 company that has recently been awarded a project that consists of overhead powerline construction and installation to interconnect facilities and assets.
This opportunity is offered on a FIFO basis from Adelaide with full camp accommodation and flights provided on an 18/10 roster with a very competitive base salary with a generous site uplift. There is the additional benefit that whilst it is FIFO this position gives you the opportunity to stay in South Australia!
Skills and Experience
- CERT III qualified Distribution Linesman with proven experience in construction and maintenance of transmission and or distribution
- Current SA Electrical License, LVR/CPR, working at heights and Construction Induction/White Card
- Experience in steel pole construction and Tecmec stringing equipment
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work independently being mindful of safe work practices and wellbeing of yourself and others
