RED is currently looking for Painter Blasters, Industrial Spray Painters and Brush and Roller Painters to join our defence client located in Osborne, SA. We are looking for people aren't afraid of a bit of hard work and in return you get to take part in one of South Australia's biggest projects!
These ongoing roles will involve abrasive blasting, industrial spray painting, applying protective coatings on vessels such as the Collins Class submarines and offshore patrol vessels.
Commercial/Domestic Painters are also encouraged to apply.
You can expect a thorough screening process, including pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Successful candidates will have the privilege of working alongside one of South Australia's premier specialists engineering companies, underlining our dedication to partnering with industry leaders.
Please note, this is a local role to Adelaide residents, not a FIFO role.
What do you need to have to be successful?
• Relevant qualifications or significant experience.
• White Card
• Drivers Licence
• Confined Spaces ticket
• Working at Heights (highly desirable)
• Police Clearance or willing to obtain one (within 3 months)
• Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Identity Card or willing to obtain one
• Right to work document
• A strong commitment to OH&S
