About the Role
Our client, a national company employing over 7000 people in a variety of sectors. Being a major player in the commercial solar space, they are currently seeking experienced Plant Operators for the Tailem Bend Solar Farm project.
This project will see you operating a 1.5-8 tonne Skid Steer. The work will include backfill, tidy up works and general civil works in and around the solar farm. You must have 5+ years' experience in a similar work environment. You must have quality work history and experience working around services and experience working in and around semi confined spaces.
On offer are 10.5 hour days from 7am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 7am until 2:30pm on Saturdays. Share house accommodation located in Murray Bridge/Tailem Bend is provided with a $335 LAFA provided per week for food. Pay rates are in the high 40's + penalties.
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will require:
• White Card - essential
• Driver's license - essential
• Skid steer ticket - essential
• 5 years' operating experience - essential
• Experience working around services and confined spaces - essential
• Other plant tickets - highly regarded
• Ability to pass a pre-employment including Drug & Alcohol screen
