Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Filing and archiving
- Generating labour and material reports
- Coordinating schedules (labour, materials)
- Receiving, collating and data entry of time-sheets
- Setting up job and staff files
- Managing progress claims paperwork
- Processing variations and scope changes
- Maintaining drawing register
- Updating WIP report
- Gathering information for Board report
- Processing material requisitions
- Collating meeting minutes
- General administrative duties and support to the team
Essential Skills / Experience/Attitude required:
- Previous contract/project/service administration experience gained within the electrical services, engineering or construction industry is essential
- IT literate - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, databases
- Greentree experience would be beneficial
- Excellent attention detail/accuracy and capable of working to deadlines
- Attitude is everything and you will have a fantastic work ethic and a 'can do' attitude enabling you to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment
- You will have the ability to naturally adapt to a fast-changing environment
