Our client Sitzler, is a multi award winning NT Construction company based in Darwin who have completed major defence, industrial, community, commercial and remote construction projects across the NT. As the Managing Contractor for the Department of Defence $514m Training Areas and Ranges Project, Sitzler are increasing their workforce significantly. In addition to providing the majority of their labour hire requirements, Red Appointments has been engaged by Sitzler to assist in recruiting professional and technical permanent roles. Currently we are looking for Project and Site Engineers. Some roles are based in their Darwin office and others are on site.
About the person
To be suitable be for these positions you will be required to have some or all of the following qualifications and/or relevant experience and attributes:
- Relevant degree qualifications
- Exposure to large construction sites (preferably civil)
- Minimum two years experience in estimating, project admin and management
- Cost control
- Monitoring sub-contractor procurement
- Project scheduling
- Safety focussed
- Drivers licence
- White card (or equivalent)
These positions are open to any Northern Territory residents, interstate residents who want to relocate to the Northern Territory, or anyone prepared to work on a 3/1 FIFO roster from anywhere in Australia.
