About the Role:
As a Project Portfolio Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) by developing and maintaining systems that monitor and manage projects across the organisation. You'll work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports for the Project Governance Committee, Executive Leadership Team, and Board.
  • Liaise with project teams to maintain an up-to-date portfolio of current and future projects.
  • Ensure data integrity and reconcile across systems for accurate project reporting.
  • Provide guidance to Project Managers on procurement, documentation, and financial delegations.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal business units and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Uphold the client's safety, environmental, and quality standards.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Proven ability to manage complex project portfolio systems.
  • Strong project administration and advisory skills.
  • High-level computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Commitment to safety and corporate values.

Desirable:
Qualifications in Project Management or Administration.
Understanding of the electricity generation industry.
