Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, your will be responsible for the successful management of your allocated jobs/projects, ensuring they are on track and meeting agreed timescales and financial targets
- Project planning, labour and materials management, scheduling, risk control, OHS compliance, resourcing, forecasting, reporting and timely delivery of projects/jobs
- Review/submit HV switching sheets, Job Specific SWMS, Permits to Work, QA documentation
- Maintain and update Job portal, ensure adequate labour and materials are attributed to each job
- Raise all job paperwork, ready for invoice submission stage
- Effective end-client, supplier, and sub-contractor liaison
Skills and experience required:
- Experienced as an autonomous Project Manager (maintenance and services), Services Manager or Operations Manager within the electrical services and maintenance industry
- Previous electrical trade background or electrical engineering background is essential
- Previous experience specifically with High Voltage work is highly advantageous (HV installations, switchboard upgrades, RMU replacements works)
