About the Project
Installation of Two-Way CB/RF Radio communications equipment, IVMS and other electronic equipment into 12 and 24V lighth and heavy fleet vehicles to required standards.
FIFO ex Adelaide with camp on an 8/6 roster - 12 hour working days
Duties
Installation of Two-Way Radio and/or electronic equipment into 12 and 24V vehicles
Installation of antennas for use with communications infrastructure
Undertake a range of administrative work as required
Adhere to OHSE requirements and report all near misses, incidents according to the procedures, promptly and clearly with all the required detail
Plan, organise and execute plans for the delivery of technical work.
About you
Auto Electrical Trade Qualification highly desirable
Auto Accessory fitting experience
Experience installing radio/electronic equipment into Light and Heavy vehicles
Valid Driver's Licence
Construction White card
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Dedicated commitment to Safety & Quality Assurance
Ability to work autonomously
Meet fitness & medical requirements including drug & alcohol testing
