About the Role
As a recruitment consultant you work closely with or existing clients to assist them in finding recruitment solutions. Working within a team, you will thrive in an environment that is inclusive, collaborative and motivated to succeed. We will provide you with more than just a job, we offer training and support to ensure you succeed and grow in your role.
Your focus will be:
- Recruitment of trades-based roles for our clients
- Visiting sites to enhance client relationships and manage our people
- Ensuring the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety are maintained
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will possess:
- A positive, can do, attitude
- Highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Trades recruitment experience
- General knowledge of mobile plant, trucks, or trades (desirable)
- A genuine desire to provide our clients with outstanding service
