About the Role
Your focus will be:
- Recruitment of trades-based roles for our clients
- Visiting sites to enhance client relationships and manage our people
- Ensuring the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety are maintained
- Assisting with mobilisation of workers
- Ensuring administration compliance
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will possess:
- A positive, can do, attitude
- Experience in a general recruitment or a similar role
- A genuine desire to provide our clients with outstanding service
- Attention to detail
- Stakeholder engagement
- Happy to work remote from colleagues in the Roxby Office - But with regular catch ups via Teams
