Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be part of a high achieving recruitment team supporting candidates across the whole recruitment lifecycle.
We seek to attract an individual with a proven track record / experience managing administration, onboarding and compliance in a recruitment agency setting.

The Role
Your primary responsibilities include;
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
- Respond to initial candidate enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare job briefs, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting.
- Manage and update the candidate database, ensuring records are accurate and current.
- Assist with candidate interviews, profiling, and reference checks.
- Coordinate candidate placements and provide post-placement care.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and content creation.
- Shadow senior consultants to gain insights into recruitment processes and strategies.
- Ensure we remain compliant as a business with data privacy and documentation.
Other responsibilities include,
- Support the payroll team with the collection of timesheets from candidates
- Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and the Red team
- System Compliance

- Recruitment experience in an agency setting.
- Best practice approach to all areas of responsibility.
- Initiative and a willingness to learn new things.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Autonomy and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
