About the Role:
Great news, RED Appointments Shutdown Division continues to grow!
We're asking for expressions of interest from all levels of licenced scaffolders. If you're Basic, Intermediate or Advanced, we've got spots for you coming up in January and throughout 2024. Living outside South Australia doesn't matter either …we're also offering flights and accommodation!
Shutdown locations include Port Pirie and metro Adelaide. Most pressing is the work at Port Pirie, SA, starting Jan 12. Running a four-week shutdown, RED need more than 20 qualified and experienced scaffolders on days and nights to erect temporary frameworks within the Acid Plant, enabling safe and easy access for other trades to go about their business.
To be successful in the role you will be driven to succeed and hold the following skills/tickets/background -
• Scaffolding ticket (basic, intermediate or advanced)
• Confined Space Entry
• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Strong communication skills
• Good understanding of safety standards and regulations
Please note a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol Screen may be part of the application process. On arrival to the facility a Lead in Blood' test will be required.

• 12-hour shifts
• 13:1 roster
