About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Security Technician to join a team committed to providing top-tier service and technical expertise. The role is a mix of service works and project-focused tasks, offering variety and opportunities to leverage your strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
Service & Maintenance:
- Support an established client base with tiered service responses.
- Daily tasks may include visiting multiple sites, with a balanced workload to avoid burnout.
- Lead and support client-facing projects.
- Provide technical solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project success.
Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience with Inner Range Integriti, Gallagher, and IP CCTV/Video Management Systems.
- Current State Security License.
- Current Open Cabling License and White Card.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a team-focused attitude.
