RED Appointments is excited to help secure a Service Electrician to join their well established team. With a diverse and varied services portfolio, you will undertake preventative maintenance, emergency breakdowns, repairs and maintenance, as well as new builds and security/lighting specialist works. Their client base includes commercial, retail, schools and health facilities etc.
About the role
Working on commercial maintenance and service works, the successful candidate must be able to work autonomously and efficiently with a high attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. Ideally a natural problem solver with a make it work attitude and a focus on OHS and quality. A company van, tablet and mobile phone would be provided.
Skills and experience
To be successful, you will require proven experience in the following:
• Preventative and scheduled maintenance and minor repairs
• Managing your own paperwork, jobs and good time management
• Domestic and small commercial background
• Terminations
• Switchboard Upgrades
• 1st & 2nd fix
Licences Required
• White Card
• SA Electrical Licence
• SA Drivers Licence
• Current CPR/LVR certificate (within 12 months)
• Working at heights
• DCSI (desirable)
• Police Clearance (desirable)
