About the Roles:
Darwin Local Positions:
- These roles will see you assisting across multiple sites in the Darwin region.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays work required.
- Hourly rate: $37.50 + pen + meal allowance, working 10-hour days.
Remote Positions:
- These roles are based on a Civil project approx. 3 hours from Darwin.
- DIDO out of Darwin on a 11/3 roster, working 12-hour days.
- Hourly rate: $37.50 + pen + remote allowance.
- Meals and Accommodation are provided.
FIFO positions:
- Flights are provided from Darwin to site.
- Travel hours to site are paid.
- 2/1 roster, working 12-hour days.
- Hourly rate: $45-48 per hour flat rate.
- Meals accommodation and laundry facilities are provided on site.
- You accommodation consists of an ensuite room.
About You:
To be suitable for these positions you will be required to have prior civil or mining Serviceman experience.
- White card and Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence (required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening.
- Willing to provide a National Police Clearance.
- Trade qualification such as LV Mechanic (highly regarded however not essential).
- Experience in role requiring mechanical aptitude (required).
- Familiarity with CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi equipment (desirable).
- Previous heavy plant operating experience (desirable).
- Committed and dedicated to learning.
- Proven commitment to health and safety.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
- Highly motivated and results orientated.
- Able to provide 2 relevant, recent and contactable referees.
