Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and oversee the installation of building engineering services
- Produce commissioning plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITP's)
- Read and interpret shop drawings, Building Information Model (BIM) plans, and specifications
- Monitor the quality and progress of subcontractor works, rejecting where required
- Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure all commissioning and deliverable dates are incorporated into the program
- Chair coordination meetings with trades to ensure works remain on target
- Ensure all services have completed final testing and commissioning with training, warranty and manuals issued to the client
About you:
Our client is happy to look at candidates from Engineering, Project/Site Management or even a Trade, provided they have proven experience working across all aspects of Building Services. You'll be a solutions-focussed person who enjoys working with a team.
