Our client is a locally based company providing detailed excavation services Territory wide since 2018. Our client provides vital service options for commercial business across all industries as well as residential homeowners including Locating Underground Services, Hydro Vacuum Excavation, Directional Drilling, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Jet rodding

Our client has major upcoming projects and are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Administrator to join their team on a 6-month temporary basis, commencing in September 2025!

Key Responsibilities:
·Create, organise, and maintain essential project documentation.
·Monitor budgets, process invoices, track payments, and assist with financial reporting.
·Act as a central point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
·Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and site data.
·Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
·Support project managers with scheduling, site access coordination, and logistics.
·Prepare regular updates on project progress, budgets, and key metrics.
·Handle general admin tasks including data entry and supply management.
·Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all project participants.
·Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and documentation for project execution.

What you need to succeed:
·Extensive experience in a site administrator role, preferable in a blue-collar industry.
·Ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain structured records.
·Confident in both verbal and written communication across diverse teams.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
·Quick to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
·Basic understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
·Familiarity with budgeting, invoicing, and accounting principles.
·Capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
·Possess a reliable vehicle and hold a current, unrestricted driver's licence
·Able to obtain a national police clearance with no disclosable outcomes
·Hold a valid White Card (Construction Induction Training)
·Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident in order to gain site access to restricted sites.
