Project: Civil - Bulk Earth Works Project at Olympic Dam
Location: Paid FIFO, camp and food ex Adelaide ONLY to OD
Duration: Immediate start and running until approximately end of March 2025
Hours and Swing: 8:6 roster, 12-hour days
REMUNERATION: Paying a competitive flat hourly rate dependent on experience
NOTE: Christmas Shutdown: 2 weeks - From 20th DEC, & project restarts Mon 6th Jan 2025
The role:
Support operations to ensure robust WHS processes are implemented and followed by site and project personnel
Prepare and conduct safety inductions, tool-box talks
Conduct ICAM and incident investigations
Conduct safety inspections and audits
WHS reporting duties
Tickets, qualifications, skills, and experience required:
Previous experience working as a Site WHS Advisor on Civil projects (ideally in Mine Site environments)
Excellent understanding and application of WHS legislation, policy and procedures
Experience in conducting audits, investigations
Minimum Cert IV WHS
White Card
Current Police Check
Role will require a Pre-Employment Medical
