About the Role:

As a experienced Supervisor, you will drive excellence and efficiency in project delivery while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld. You will take the lead in managing project teams and liaising with clients to deliver top-tier results.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and scope of works.

Preparing accurate weekly progress and financial reports.

Maintaining detailed records of instructions and preparing variation notices.

Monitoring delays and preparing notices.

Driving continuous improvement in service activities and processes.

Ensuring Facility Zero Harm performance improvements.

Coordinating design, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure project success.


About You:

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional communication and organisational skills, backed by technical expertise and experience in asset remediation projects.

Requirements include:

Proven track record in supervising blasting, painting, waterproofing, or remediation projects.

NACE 2 certification (preferred but not essential).

Strong knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, hazardous substances management, and application processes.

Familiarity with Quality Systems, ITPs, and QA/QC coordination.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Australian citizenship is a must.
