About the Role
Our client is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Admin Trainee to join their team. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with minimal administrative experience who are eager to learn and grow. You will have the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business as part of this traineeship.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
  • HR Support: Assist with HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting recruitment processes.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Registration: Handle the registration process for company vehicles and equipment, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the managerial team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Document Management: Organise and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new software.

What We Offer
  • Permanent full-time position
  • Traineeship with Certificate III in Business
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
  • $50,000 + Certificate III in Business, with a salary increase upon completion of the traineeship
  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Free on-site parking
  • Berrimah, NT location
