Are you a motivated and experienced warehouse professional ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a respected name in hydraulic and industrial solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimise our warehouse operations.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and controlling all warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. You will lead a dedicated team, manage stock and freight logistics, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse performance and safety.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS policies and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Conduct monthly toolbox meetings, workplace inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Manage stock control, including slow-moving stock and inventory discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and freight companies.
  • Maintain and improve warehouse layout and presentation.
  • Report on warehouse performance and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
  • Current High Risk Forklift Licence.
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of warehousing principles and safety practices.
  • Computer literacy and ability to manage warehouse reporting systems.
