About the Role
Our client is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Workshop Administrator to join our team in Berrimah, NT. In this full-time role, you'll provide key administrative support to our busy workshop and handle purchasing duties to keep everything running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide general admin support to managers and team members, including filing and data entry.
  • Raise purchase orders based on supplier quotes and preferred suppliers.
  • Coordinate timely delivery and collection of parts with the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance service records in the system.
  • Learn and adapt to company databases and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you need to succeed
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar admin or purchasing role, preferably in a workshop or industrial setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Team player with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

What We Offer
  • $75,000 - $90,000 per year + super (depending on experience)
