Location: Western suburbs (working fully at office location, this is not a WFH role)
Hours: 7am-3.30pm or 8am-4.30pm with half hour lunch (some flexibility can be offered)
Full Time and Permanent opportunity:
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Maintain archive registers
- Manage incoming divisional emails
- Minute taking
- General office duties including data entry
- Follow up quotes/debtors
- Keep open jobs files up to date
- Records/customer/client systems upkeep
- Customer services / call handling
- Providing administrative support to Project Managers and project teams
- Organise induction and training
- Assist with project activities
- Entering timesheets (weekly)
- Undertake invoicing including progress claims
- Provide support to Payroll, HSE, Finance departments as required
Skills / Experience required:
- Previous administration experience within an office environment is essential
- Previous administration gained in electrical and/or the construction services industry would be highly advantageous
- Cert IV Administration (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
- Competency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent time management, planning and organisation skills
- High level communication/customer services capabilities
- Attention to detail - do it right first time
- Experienced in using Greentree or equivalent finance system preferred but not essential
- Attitude is everything and you will have a fantastic work ethic and a can do' attitude
- You will have the ability to naturally adapt to a fast paced and often changing environment
