About the Role
Adelaide Airport is on the hunt for two qualified and suitably experienced Facilities Maintenance Electricians. Coming from a maintenance background, you will have the transferrable skills needed to ensure ongoing electrical and undertake works associated with the preventative maintenance plan and reactive maintenance for Adelaide and Parafield Airports.
The AAL maintenance team work a minimum of 38 hours per week (overtime and weekend work when required), with a rotating 1:4 on call roster for after hour emergencies.
The person
The successful applicant will be able to work effectively autonomously and within a team environment, have sound communication skills, be well presented and customer focussed.
The following qualifications and experience will be highly regarded:
• Electrical A Class
• Experience in electrical maintenance activities in a commercial environment
• Ability to fault find
• Able to understand and implement maintenance procedures
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and data
• Ability to use computer-based software and applications
• HV switching licence
• EWP licence
• Current Driver's Licence
• Ability to meet security requirements to work within an airport environment
