Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead end to end product lifecycle for electrical accessories from ideation to market launch and beyond.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, including conducting analysis to make data driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to determine product requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Drive product development initiatives, on time and to expected quality standards.
- Liaise with internal key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies.
About you:
- Proven experience as a Project / Product Manager, preferably with a background in electrical products however similar industries will be well regarded.
- Project management experience demonstrating successful project delivery through budgeting, scheduling and resource management, preferably over multiple projects simultaneously.
- In depth knowledge of electrical accessories market trends, technologies, and customer needs
- Clear decision making; demonstrating speed and clarity of judgement.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
- Detailed orientated with the commitment to delivering high quality results.
